The WUAA will conduct underwater site surveys in the Bailey’s Harbor area during Summer 2011. WUAA will also continues the 2010 WUAA/GLSRF survey project in the Milwaukee area on the wreck of the Norlond, a wooden steamer built in 1890. In 1922 she was caught in a heavy storm and foundered just south of Milwaukee with the loss of all on board. Dives will be made on Thursday evenings during the summer, with Gerry Guyer's boat. A fee of $20 per diver will be collected. If you are interested in participating contact Kimm Stabelfeldt at: kimms@ghost-ships.org.
