: Not one of these wrecks "wrecks" qualifies for Historical
: wreck worship, and the list is left unprecise as to location,
: as you see. For details, contact diveonz@yahoo.com if
: you want a photo opportunity.

: Partial list, just to show cause:
: Airplane in Burt Lake, neat channel buoy, single
: Detour Passage, Lime Isl. water is radioactive, pouluted, single
: Powerty Isl. Gravely shoal, area cianide polutes, twin.
: N. of Gulpin Pt. NNE of Odd Fellow wreck, twin-Beach
: Space-Station wreck, 438655-618980, 120 ft. deep.
: Sky-Raider DAD6 Douglas, bomber E. of Annabelle Wilson wreck.

: NEE kelleys Isl. hit trees, then water, single.
: Kelleys Isl. inside stone quarry, single.

: Tobermory, Firzwillian Ils, East end.
: Superior, SS Mary.
: Mackinaw Bridge airplane, North side.
: Soo Saint Mary, Upper, buyed as a regular dive charter.

: ----Airplanes in water, where fallen, landed or wrecked.

: The diver that assumed the total liability to dive by his
: own will, also assumed all of the liability for his own
: safety, except where a license is issued. It is TOTALLY
: irrelevant if and when any disclaimers are listed on a license,
: because the primary claim relied on the offer made,Rulling Law,
: when made, to access the licensed item so decribed, for profit.
: Hence the issuer of the license is FULLY liable
: for performance presentment, assuming ALL of the
: unlisted liabilities therein. Who ever accepted a
: license, is the secured party, under the license.
: A good example is the charter boat responsibilities: the diver,
: if injured, has recourse in law therein for recovery.

The list is incomplete because the numbers used are 4 digits,
and not 6 or 7 digits, such as a LORAN-C number, with an
accuracy of 25 feet, or a GPS number like 8434.786-4544.833,
being at 50 foot location accuracy. The Dgps has at times
twisted the location arround the gps reading, just to
accomodate the inserted "D" for correction, becomming unreliable
between these two instruments. Use, if you can, standard
world wide GPS only signal without correction, and you
may relocate every one of your spots easily. The DGPS actually
offsets the GPS by the value "unknown", but then you may
depend on this correction, or choose the standard worldwide
locator. The correction is only valid for harbor entrances, were
this is used, or within 9 to 15 miles from the transmitter, were
the signal is "distorted" to an accuracy artificially only at
this location. If you have previously recorded this location on
DGPS, you may get a 15 foot accuracy, as long as you own your
locator-receiver. Folcon-Air-Force-Base is planning to release
additional "accuracy" to 9 figures soon, only applicable to
STANDARD GPS receivers. The "D" altered or shifted receivers
may be less accurate than standard GPS units. By the way,
I'm using Garmin-45, 75, and not any dgps.
The indispensable SITEX-EZ-97 is the most accurate,
and fail safe unit that I have ever seen to date, for the price.
In regards to "chinesse" made units, I have not seen any
surviving over one or 2 years without failing in various ways.
The flooding of the market with china-made-junk is what gave
the bad name to Loran-C. Loran-C is the most accurate to date
and has a 1800 mile range from 3 stations. GPS is
begiining to catch up, if the 8 or 9 digit becomes available
soon. The 5 year old GPS unit can and do read from 7 to 9
digits, but displays only 7 digits, but by accepting 100 times
more accurate signal, they will read rock-steady locations,
for you. Today, the 7 th. digit still dances around the
circle of uncertainty. But more China junk is again
flooding the market.
