I want the list of these obtruction and contrivance of "justice" individuals, the perversion of said justice for and the use of illicit ends, and implementation of terrorism (no less than misfeasance), listed here:

I'm willing to write up and file emmediately this indictment, right now, specifying BARRETT's "crimes" agains diving humanity of attempted usury and contrivance with his conspiracy buddies, into a RICO action, right now.
I need your help, you men out there, now.
I need their complete names and addresses, (when a poisonous mushrum is exposed to the light, the mushroom died from exposure to the sun light), the prosecutor's name and the complete legal address of the Justice Department, the name of the head Magistrate Judge, and the filing Clerk name and legal address.
And please do this right now.
I may be a good civil rights investigator as a diver, protecting divers rights (and my own), but I need all the names of the conspirators (pretenders) identified who pulled this scam, on this minority group, for extortion for profit.
"We" cannot rest, until I do register their names into the Court by Certified Mail.

Portions of the memorandum may include by defintion (for the enlightenment of the archaeologist) the description of statutory person:
