: Two males and a female from St. Clair, MI, were diving the New York (Sanilac Shores Preserve) and used a 100# lift bag to remove the large block that was at the bow. Another boat discovered them and called the Coast Guard and the Sanilac County Marine Patrol. They were escorted to shore, where the 2 males were arrested and their dive gear was confiscated (they did not seize the boat). The female was not charged.
