I was up at Toby last weekend when this accident happened. The diver in question was testing out a tri-mix rebreather (not sure of the make). He was discovered by his friends in about 20 feet of water off of Lighthouse Point. At first inspection it would appear that this may have been caused by a failure in the rebreater unit he was using. The diver was associated with TAM Dive in Toronto and was a very well trained and experieinced diver
