From the online newspaper at nearby Wiarton, ONT:

Police investigating fatal dive accident
Bruce Peninsula OPP, with the assistance of Parks Canada and the RCMP are investigating a fatal dive accident that occurred at the Fathom Five National Marine Park on May 18 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Three friends were diving off of the Lighthouse Point in the Marine Park. A 42-year-old male diver was experiencing difficulties and was assisted to the surface. CPR was performed on the diver until he was transported to the Tobermory clinic where he was pronounced dead.
A post mortem was scheduled to be conducted at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre on the May 19. (Too late for press time) Police and Parks Canada are continuing their investigation.

: This is what I have heard: diver is brought to the surface, is given recessitation, taken to the chamber in Toby and is pronounced dead.
: I have no Idea where the diver was diving but can assume it was a heart attack.
: Anyone hear more information on that?
