Hmmmmmmmm this reminds
of the statement I made about a year ago who is going to accept the liability for damages to boaters and shipping for the placement of such bouys? You can be sure the actual person or persons that placed them will at some point be dragged into a lawsuit even though the Coast Guard has aprroved some of the bouys.
