I just heard that the Lake Carriers Assn. and the cement company in Thunder Bay have filed a grievance to prevent the placing of mooring buoys onto wrecks that are in the shipping lanes. This would prevent the mooring of many of the most popular wrecks in the area. Is there any truth to this?
