: Of course there are questions about it!
: I have a few myself, very broad ones...
: Such as: When? And better yet, will this be a documentary type, or a movie-movie (as I put it) Will it have a love story or something else tossed in the mix to assure a hit like Titanic? Will there be new footage, (which would be yet to be taken) of the wreck, or will it be made of previous expeditions? Will there be interveiws and eye-witness-like accounts?
: Basically, I just wanna know more, isnt that what this is all for?

Craig:
Unfortunately, the release date of my film is unknown. To create a motion picture of this magnitude and complexity takes time; "The Lord of the Rings" for instance was in PRE-production (writing and designing) for 5 years!
To address your next question: it is, as you say, a "movie-movie" and not photographed in the documentary style (most of the popular documentaries about the FITZGERALD were originated on the various video formats, i.e. Betacam, 3/4", and even Super VHS whereas our production will utilize a mixture of Panavision Platinum cameras and the smaller Arriflex 35-3's [all 35mm film cameras]).
There will be no "love story" (which, by the way, Cameron included in TITANIC for reasons which are probably only understood by other screenwriters). The characters who appear in our film are based on actual people... in fact, right from the beginning of my writing, I knew that such "contrivances" were to be avoided at all costs.
As for including recent or prior footage of the wreck in the film, the answer is a resolute NO. No mention of the previous dives nor their respective footage acquired will be mentioned in any way. Legal paperwork aside, my reasons for omitting such explorations are many.
