WHY is it such a terrible thing to produce a motion picture about the FITZGERALD? For that matter, what is wrong with Mr. Williamson's attempts to exchange information with those who, at the time, APPEARED to be knowledgeable and RATIONAL people?
This "nonsense", as you call it, is the FIRST serious effort to inform the World about our own maritime heritage. What is wrong with giving the World a glimpse into one of the most crucial AND dangerous jobs on Earth??
