As long as you confine the distribution of any hypothetical photographs taken to the scientific and law enforcement communities, you probably don't have an issue. This is especially if you get prior approval from such organizations, up front. : : : : : : : I have a "hypothetical" question. Lets say there is a diver diving an obscure, little explored wreck. Under some debris(mast,logs), he(or she) finds what appears to be a very old bone, possibly a hip bone. There is no way to verify it is human, could be anything, including human. Any ideas on how to identify this bone without removing it? Or any authorities that should be notified?
