The main objective in any movie is to make money. A lot of money is invested before it ever reaches the screen. Titanic made a lot of money, despite criticisms. Ask yourself if a Fitz movie can make money with your scenario alone.
They don't have to make a model of the Arthur Anderson. The real thing is still plying the waters.
