No doubt about it, in his search for the 'Dean Richmond', the Carlingford was one of many wrecks he came across. He might be able to correct me, but I was always under the impression that it's location was never released until another party 're-discovered' it and completed a survey and then opened it up to Charter services. One can never be too sure about the timing of things like this. Yes, items have gone missing since it was re-discoverd and opened to the diving public. Together with the site of the Brunswick which was in collison with the Carlingford, they make a good set of dives.
I agree that in its present state the Bill is seriously flawed . With the good discussion and exchange of views that are being made, we have a good chance of altering the Bill to make it more workable.
