: : does anyone have any video or still photos of the stmr.cayuga sunk in 100 ft of water of cross village, in lake michigan.need video footage or stills for a two year book writeing project, on the life history of salvager capt. Jim Reed
: : Thanks Joe

:
: You will be a lot better off with still photos for your book rather than capturing images from video. You might get better responses if you identified yourself or included a way to contact you directly. You may want to try doing a photo search at http://www.vsii.com/photonet/inreq.html
: for the photos you are looking for. The going rate for leasing a photo for a short run book, (less than 5000 copies), quarter page or spot use is $200 to $400 but can be higher for rare or difficult shots. Full page or cover shots may go as high as $1500 or more.

: Good luck with your book. Please post an announcement when it is available.
Thanks I am not the author just helping with research. the book is being written by a direct desendent of capt James reed.the video is for his personel viewing he is not a diver I am and have dove this ship. I described the ship wich still has all the salvage gear attached to her.rigging the gear to the ship had to be awesom task if you ever dove this wreck you know what I mean.I am sure the author would be happy to pay for a copy of video or underwater stills. thanks for the help. Joe
