You will be a lot better off with still photos for your book rather than capturing images from video. You might get better responses if you identified yourself or included a way to contact you directly. You may want to try doing a photo search at http://www.vsii.com/photonet/inreq.html
for the photos you are looking for. The going rate for leasing a photo for a short run book, (less than 5000 copies), quarter page or spot use is $200 to $400 but can be higher for rare or difficult shots. Full page or cover shots may go as high as $1500 or more.
