Before Harry and Paul take me to task, I should correct my statement that not ALL historic wrecks are owned either by the State or by insurers. At least two historic wrecks are privately owned, but these were exceptional situations. In Zych's case, the insurance company came forward to defend its claim and in Ehorn's case (the Bentley), the court overruled the ASA, which I believe it did wrongly.
