Thank You for the information. I'm running it down as we speak, in an effort to find out why the state made such a weak attempt to avoid liability. That seems like a dive charter wavier.... looks good, sounds professional and won't protect anything, when the shit hits the fan (my personnal opinion). See Tim's friend lawsuit in the making below. Hint ( feds made state sign an ownership agreement before sinking vessel , instead of scraping it). Geez, I wonder how I knew that???
But, I'm not a lawyer, I wouldn't hang my life on it......
