I have been following the question of liability atached to intentionally sinking a ship for sport diving.A very good friend was bent and nearly died while diving the CG Bouy Tender Mesquite sunk in Lake Superior.Because this ship was intentionally sunk for scuba diving unlike the majority of shipwrecks that occure naturally due to storms collisions etc.Is the state of Michigan and or the federal goverment liable for accident??
