My ISP recently tried to migrate my websites to a newer, larger, faster server and it caused several important parts of my site to stop working. Most notably, the newsgroups and the database query applications, including my link database. As such, I had them move back to the old server, which will be shut down at the end of September. I will need to migrate the content of this newsgroup to a newer Frontpage standard and I will need to re-write a significant number of my database driven pages. For now, things should keep working. Sorry about the interruption.
