Comments Please make sure you give them your full name and affiliation and don't make it "Anonomous". Thye don't take kindly to "smearing", especially the elected officials involved. But if you have a legitimate arguement, they'll listen and determine if it's newsworthy or if you are using them to facilitate your agenda. They are smart - so don't abuse them or it will be harder to gain their trust on future notifications. Some have already ruined that opportunity with the State House of Reps and Senate. Sadly, the preserve that Harry represents - Manitou Passage, is right in Senator Michelle McManus' back yard. Not a good move if you ever need to solicite support in the future. Again, make sure you use your full name and affiliation so everyone knows who you are when you go on camera or quote you.

FOR THE RECORD: Mr. Whoever you are Greg, My name is Harry Zych, please read what you write in the future, in fact read it twice, since you wrote the same thing twice and maybe heed your own advice. I don't make assumptions.

Mr. Whoever you are Greg, under the first amendment I have replied in an honest fashion to issues brought to this board by Senator McManus. Those opinions are the opinions of Harry Zych and it clearly stated that they are my opinions; and in no way do they reflect the opinion of the " Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve" or its members. If Senator McManus takes umbrage at my opinions, she can call me anytime to discuss them. My contact information was included, she was not sniped by an anonymous asshole.

I have lots of legitimate arguements in regards this unecessary park/legislation. If you know of any media types looking for a honest man, with an honest opinion, please give them my name. It's a shame you aren't Greg McMasters I could offer a scoop to channel 7/4. Of Course, that would be true democracy, giving the opposition equal time, wouldn't it.

But, while we are speaking about legitimate concerns, Mr Whoever you are Greg, I have respected a lot of other opinions in regards these bills, Why cast aspersions on mine?

Yes, I am an officer of the Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve, I'm the Secretary to be precise. I was asked by the president of the Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve to voice a vote of opposition to the house hearing. I was directed to not give any opinions, but, to register a vote of opposition. I did my job.

However after seeing the process and hearing the issues in the flesh, I chose to represent myself for the Senate hearing. My comments were not the opinions of the Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve, but, My own.

But, I will repeat something about "Manitou Passage Underwater Preserve" and that is: We are not looking for handouts or anything else from the community, We will do it on Our (M.P.U.P.)own. We will not be asking Senator McManus or anyone else for "something for nothing."

By the Way, I was in the middle of negotiating on my new home in McManus's district during the hearings. That makes her, MY SENATOR too, and accountable to me.

These are times for serious people, Mr. Whoever you are Greg, I don't have time for half truths and pure bullshit.

Thank You for inviting me to respond, Harry Zych
