The NOAA preserve (I'm assuming the sanctuary your referring to) was developed under the table with no committee involvement at all. The dis-banded Michigan Underwater Salvage and Preserve Committee was supposed to be called in to review the process - and they were never caleld in. I guarantee you that this process is much different in every way, shape and form. There's no federal agenda here. Nor a state agenda for that matter. but alas, we have all read everybody's comments and what you all are affraid of, may not come true. If it doesn't, then we can all enjoy a good thing.
