Greg. I have been diving the Great Lakes since 1957.I have watched all the laws being passed and the NOAA preserve established as well as many other sites set aside as underwater preserves. I can tell you honestly that I have not seen one thing that has been accomplished by it all. I think the few private groups such as the MSRA and the local charter boat captans that bouy wrecks as well as many individual divers who also place bouys on wrecks. Have done more then the State will ever do.I would like to hear from the Great Lakes divers what they think has been accomplished by all the wasted $$ Tim
