I accept your challenge. We'll make it a cheap wager because if they don't put that money where it is suppsed to go... I'll be all over them like a rabbid dog. A corona with slice of lime! Not only will they put that money where it's supposed to go - they'll have to list it on a website so we not only know but can physically see the change. Accountability my boy...accountability. But to make this successful, it will take the formation of individuals from the public, working under the MDNR to make this successful.
