Who ever classified Alpena Thunder Bay Underwater Preserve as a awesome collection of fantastic historical shipwrecks must not have ever dove Michigans Thumb,The Straights of Mackinaw or Whitefish Bay. I would put Alpena Thunder Bay on the very bottom of the list of Michigan dive locatios in fact I would probably leave it .ENOUGH State regulation and fees Tim
