In reality,it's probably prudent for the Coast Guard to train and fire ,"real world",that is,bouncing around in 4 + footers,trying to hit a target,moving,bouncing some more,somebody barfing over the side.Can't duplicate those conditions on a land based range.I only hope the choose the worst possible conditions in which to train in.
