Recently I walked north Of Big Point Sauble,near Ludington MI, and noticed something in the water that seemed unusual. Some type of framework could be made out in very shallow water about 1/4 mile north of the point.The framework ran perpendicular to shore , appeared to be about 6 feet on center between beams and ran for around 200 feet along the shore. Could this possibly be remnants of a ship or perhaps just part of an old dock? It would seem like an odd spot for a dock.
