If you're in the Chicago area this Saturday the 26th, stop in the Chicago Historical Society at North & Clark Streets for the Chicago Maritime Festival. It's in its 3rd year and features all things nautica--- two concurrent seminar rooms, workshops, children's activities and shantey singing. In the evening there's a concert.
