Hey Craig, I do my own and have found they are actually pretty easy to do, once you get the hang of it.I would say do the wrist seals first for practice. They are the easiest.Find a wine bottle of the right diameter for a form. You can peal the old seal off,but I usually leave them on.Use acetone or methyl ethyl ketone to clean.(no huffing) You put the bottle thru the sleave, letting some stick out for the cuff to sit on.Kinda roll the cuff back on the bottle, leaving about the same amount seal exposed as your old seal.Slather the glue on,roll it down, roll it over good with a round object, and your'e pretty much done. Its very handy to know to know how to do wrist seals,as they seem to be the ones that always rip out on a weekend, when nobody's open. Neck seals are a little trickier, but the concept is the same.I use a large aluminum pot for a form.
