Ross, After talking to my brother in law, and reading more on this alein species. If it was to take hold in the Great Lakes, it would be a disaister! So much so some biologists have suggest we would have to killoff all the species in the Lakes and start all over again! This fish from Asia does get quite large bigger than a Salmon or Muskie, and is so aggressive it actuall has jumped into boats and injured people. It would over compete and destroy the lakes ecosystem. It was actually caught near Chicago where it came through the Chicago River from the Mississippi system, infact the have an electrical currant to try to quarenteen the Chicago River so more don't come into the Lakes. for our sakes I hope it doesn't get this serious! regards, Dave
