Guys, Does any one have an idea how long submerged wood will remain bouyant? If a ship or other historic remains are shook lose from big waves & currant could they possibly still float? Just curious because a large timber out further than the wreck of the Daisy Day was either floating or twisted and was visable from shore I'm sure it is either another part of the day or part of old Lee's Pier released from the bottom, thats why I wonder if it's out there floating or still attached to the bottom, had to leave so I couldn't investagate at this time. So can real old @125 year old submerged wood float? thanks, Dave MSRA
