The Titanic was found by someone before ballard, the us navy has been using it since the end of world war II for a navigation turning point for our subs. that annoucement was made by a retiring admiral from the chief of staffs office, a few years ago, from the pentagon.
By the way you can indirectly claim to have found the titanic, it was done on taxpayers money.
I still don't understand how you can demand something you have no right to......
