I used a D8 for three years and loved it--a little bulky but fairly balanced and good burn time. I still use it for a "just in case", as I now use an HID canister light as my main light (off the scale in brightness and easier to use with camera gear). The D8 only leaked once when I forgot to tighten the bezel. I did have their C8 (or C4, don't remember which) and remember that one leaked significantly more than the D8. Ron B.
