It's a shame the accused can't afford the cost of justice. Just pickup a newspaper anyday of the week and compare the fines and sentences of real crimes ie: drug dealers, assualts,robbery etc to the fines handed down to this diver. Where is the logic/balance and for what? Doing what is any divers legal right under Federal Admiralty law. There is a HELL of a big difference in the term salvageing and stealing. BOTTOM LINE still has not changed "How much justice can you afford"
