It's always hard for me to find dive buds.I guess I tend to stir up the mud!I find it interesting that the state likes to make claims of ownership on wrecks,yet when the issue of liability arises,they claim none!How can that precept only apply to citizens and private property owners?I guess in a country where we are all supposed to be equals,government should at the least be held to the same standards we are. Stan: you made mention of"not being the one who found the wreck".I apologize if the quote is slightly off.Do you then acknowledge the the law of finds?I believe it is in international Maritime Law.How do we stand in that issue?
