The Rosinco is historic? What makes it historic? It never was noted for doing anything special,nor was it of unusual construction.What does the state of wisconsin plan to do to stop the rust and decay taking place as you read this? It and any of the other states surrounding the Great Lakes Basin can't even control the invasive species problem,and most of those could have easily been solved before they became a problem. It sounds more like somebody it just creating a feathered nest to lounge in. Perhaps Paul Ehorn would be kind enough to comment, Being the formost authority on this particular (and many other)wrecks.
