I am real bad at guessing height and weight if you can find a Posiedon dealer they can give you the range sizes for small,medium,large and xtra large or you might try Posiedon website I am sure they would have the correct info. This is just a guess on height 5'5"/5'7" weight around 145/165 What city are you located in? Tim
