I think that a database including "all" the shipwrecks in the Great Lakes would be next to impossible much less all the wrecks in all the bodies of water around the world. But I do like the idea. The internet is just the sort of medium for this idea. I guess my suggestion would be to start a database and have it so that people online can add to it.
