Joe Diver: Once again you have misunderstood what has happened. The recovery of an artifact is not necessary, this was not a claim for salvage, rather a claim under the law of finds. If you were better versed in these matters you might not have to hide under a false identity. The old statement "a little knowledge is dangerous" seems to fit! Paul
