This is a new one on me. I have typically used a size M medical oxygen tank for decompression and emergency use on my boat, and have for more years than I care to remember. I didn't fill it last summer, as I never did anything that required it. To my surprise, I went to have it filled today, and I was told I needed a prescription. Is this guy just pulling my lariat, or is this a new policy (I am in Illinois) ?
