Ehorn v. Shipwreck Rosinco. After nearly two years of litigation, including one trip to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, we have prevailed in obtaining a judgment that recognizes Wisconsin's ownership of this shipwreck, which lies off the coast of Kenosha County about 200' below the surface of Lake Michigan. : : Mr. Ehorn is appealing.
