Thanks to all who participated in the chat on the loss of LaSalle's Griffon. It was a very informative chat and it was nice to talk again with some of the people and wreckhunters from across the Lakes who signed on.

Next Tuesday, November 11th at 8 PM Central, we will be discussing the steamer Westmoreland, wrecked somewhere in Platte Bay or the Manitou Passage in northern Lake Michigan. We will discuss the rumors of treasure & whiskey reported to be aboard as well as the various historical accounts of her being located and salvaged. We'll also discuss current and past searches for her and clues as to her location.
