Might I suggest a section "for dummies" A translated part, easy to reference. From politition to normal ol everday yak. That way for us normal people we can find the one we are after and quickly read it and get the brunt of it. Then if there are people that are going to actually do something with it (like search for loopholes) a section with the word-for-word mumbo jumbo...
