On August 19, 2000 someone by the name of Matthew Williamson posted a message announcing he was the Founder/CEO of a company called Reel Image Media Group, Inc., and he was going to make a movie about the Fitz. He solicted people for funds. His e-mail address at the time was wsehnsucht@aol.com.. I even believe he had a web site for awhile. However, trying to track down Mr. Williamson proved to be elusive for me. I am always suspect of someone, not known, soliciting funds.
On October 23, 2000, Mr Williamson had another post asking for research information, but proceeded to trash Tom Fahrnquist. This brought a storm of protest letters and even a message from Mr. Baillod saying he'd prefer the forum not be used for personal attacks. In a later post Mr. Williamson apologized but proceeded to further trash Fahrnquist. His excuse was that he had the TRUTH, so that made it OK.
In 2001 there was a single posting from Mr. Williamson saying he was still going to make the movie. Then he disappeared.
Now all of a sudden we have this Stephan guy, his hysterical ravings and outright trashing of anyone who doesn't quite see his opinions. The overuse of CAPITALIZATION is very similar to Mr. Williamson's writing, though with much more venom. Could it be that Mr. Williamson has reincarnated himself, and these two are one and the same?
By the way, I have never met Mr. Fahrnquist or have had any affiliation with him, but judging by the hate for him, I think he must be quite an interesting character.
