If you are comeing from Port Sanilac it is about 8 or 9 miles directly north. There is a shallow reef just south of it so you really need to approach from the east. The wreck is usually marked with a little buoy or Tide bottle. Even though it is in 15 feet of water it is surprisingly far off shore, you can see it from shore because it's straight off of a look out from the highway. The look out will also help you find it from the water because it's the only 300 feet on the land that doesn't have houses on it.
