This can be a touchy subject. I see from the latest URA post that they have dealt with this situation first hand this year. Maybe a URA member can tell us their take on this?

: In my mind, a shipwreck can no more be considered a gravesite than the scene of any accident or tragedy even if all the human remains haven't been recovered. To protect a sensitive area from ghoulish exploitation, governments usually declare a site a protected memorial, not arbitrarily declare something a gravesite. But then this is thinking logically, which is something few people do nowadays.
