Great idea Jon! I would have to say, my first choice is the S.S.MICHIGAN, which went down off Holland,MI in 1885.
I know its not a boat, but flight 2501, which disapeared off South Haven intrigues me also. ALPENA third.

: Ol' Stephanie gave me an idea.

: Why doesn't everyone post his or her favorite shipwreck to do a movie about? I am sure that we could get some varied, and entertaining, answers. I'll go first:

: Even though there are hundreds of wrecks to choose from I think we need something that we could sell to Hollywood. I vote for the St. Albans. It might not have been my first choice, except that Kent Bellrichard told me that there were actually a group of hookers on board when she went down. He also told me that when the yawls hit the beach in Milwaukee a fight broke out over who was taking them home.

: The story might need a little bit more research, but from what I have heard so far, it has everything that Hollywood is looking for nowadays- sex and violence.

: Who's next???

: Jon Zeaman- STILL using my real name;)
