The keel and ribs of this wreck washed ashore in 1974 and were the subject of Pete Caesar's first book in 1976. I believe the remains were either completely buried or removed. I have never heard of them being visible in recent history.

: Could anyone provide me more information on the location of this wreck. I live about 2 miles south of Whitehall and was wondering what kind of condition the wreck is in. I've heard it's on the beach but I haven't been able to locate it. Any details on this ship would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
