Valley Girls: Shipwrecks from the Saginaw Valley Area will be presented by Ric Mixter, host of Great Lakes Indepth and award winning PBS documentary producer. The Saginaw River area once boasted three world-class shipyards including James Davidson who built the largest wooden vessels ever to ply the Great Lakes. Join Ric as he explores some of these lost vessels built on the banks of the Saginaw River from small schooners to the largest vessel ever lost on Lake Huron.
