We got a good fill a few weeks ago at Straits Scuba Center in St. Ignace. It is located just down the main road from the Chamber of Commerce, on the water side at one of the Island ferry docks (can't remember which one). I get the impression that their hours are limited, as they also run a dive charter. Probably best to call or email them to see when they plan on being there.
