Check out any local dive shops and clubs in the area. The website for the Ontario Underwater Council lists commercial and club members. There may be one in Barrie. I know there used to be a chapter of Save Ontario Shipwrecks that did some work in Lake Simcoe. Check out their web site. Also, there has been some recent work done in the area off Jackson's Point in Lake Simcoe.
